We are happy to make loans as low as $25,000 and up to $5 million. Properties must be worth at least $75,000 to be considered.
We will consider property mortgages 60% to 70% loan-to-value (LTV), depending on the type of property. Final LTV’s and rates are determined by experience of the owner, length of ownership, cash flow, strength of credit, and strength of real estate. We will consider both owner occupied and investment properties.
